Product description
table lamp with an undoubtedly programmatic name: in his design, Sam Hecht actually eliminates the most characteristic elements of this type, i.e. the base and the shaft, resting the glass structure directly on the table. The further dematerialization effect depends on the transparency of the glass itself. Ultimately, “Semplice” looks like a metal canopy containing light, suspended in the air. The deliberate reduction of component elements brings with it great attention to detail and finishes, in particular the rotary dimmer located in the upper part of the lamp, which is also used to connect metal and glass, as well as sophisticated galvanic treatment for the head or braided metal cables. Sam Hecht, known for his rigorous yet poetic approach to design, begins his collaboration with O luce with "Semplice".
Table lamp made of transparent blown glass, reflecting light. Internal reflector made of turned metal, galvanized and glazed on the outside, white painted on the inside. Dimmer power adjustment using the knob on the top of the glass.
