In many projects developed together with Herzog & de Meuron, including the most recent one at the Feltrinelli Foundation in Milan, the Unterlinden suspension device has demonstrated its versatility through a variety of special versions. These include the Unterlinden table, which is new in the catalog. It is a table lamp with a thin metal shaft that allows you to set the head in the perfect position to provide excellent, glare-free illumination of the work area. The Unterlinden family has been expanded with new versions based on its head characteristics. The die-cast aluminum or brass lamp body has a different finish each time, resulting from the natural oxidation process of the metal, which is stopped and preserved with a transparent finish. A high-performance precision lens controls the LED light, generating professional lighting levels. The Unterlinden chandelier consists of five suspension elements that lead to one central point. Cables with a length of 2.5 m can be freely arranged, creating compositions corresponding to various systems. In the Unterlinden ring chandelier, the position of the suspended elements is determined by a round frame that distributes them around the perimeter. An original small bronze or aluminum element from Unterlinden is the basis for a wall lamp version, a table lamp version and two lampshades. In the floor lamp version, a block supporting a slender arm is attached to the main rod. As it turns, the arm allows you to steer your head. The cable can be adjusted to change the height of the lighting body thanks to the counterweight. In the wall lamp, the arm can rotate and the length of the suspension cord can be adjusted.
