Joan Cambra, the company's founder in the 1960s and a self-taught designer, thanks to her charismatic and restless character, managed to develop her own style in the world of decorative lighting. The H2 table lamp, made of black lacquered metal combined with other colors, was an iconic design of the 1980s and was produced at the beginning of the era of halogen lamps, which began to be used in decorative lighting in the mid-1980s. In 1988, in an interview for Hogares magazine, he said: "For me, satisfaction lies in a job well done, not in the form. I don't care if my name is known or not, if my lamps are appreciated and durable."
