Floor lamp with a marble base and an opal lampshade from the BULL collection by 101 Copenhagen.
Shade: opal glass, tubes: oxidized aluminum and cognac leather, lamp base: marble.

Does not meet American standards. The Bull lamp is a sculptural lamp inspired by the distinctive use of animal imagery in Danish modernism from the 1940s to the 1960s. The name of the lamp comes from the opal glass shades resembling a bull, which provide a smooth light distribution and a distinctive expression.
Bull consists of a base in unpolished black marble, complemented by a lamp arm in oxidized aluminum and cognac-coated leather. The top of the lamp is also made of oxidized aluminum, creating a beautiful contrast between the textured metal surface and the smooth, translucent opal glass.
The interplay between many exquisite materials creates a refined expression that makes Bull lamps more than just a light source.
