Light is essential for balancing and controlling our body clock or circadian rhythm, which ensures good sleep, feeling rested and productive during the day. However, in our busy lives, we rarely spend much time outdoors and do not expose ourselves to enough natural daylight. In the absence of natural light, our circadian rhythm can become out of sync and feel tired, listless, and in the worst case, depressed. Even seemingly brightly lit interiors are often biologically dark and unable to control our internal clock. Biologically effective artificial light is able to compensate for this deficit and stabilize our biorhythm. Targeted changes in light color during the day improve our well-being and, consequently, improve our performance.
LUCTRA® FLEX by DURABLE is a wireless, biologically effective lighting solution for mobile work in the office or at home. The four high-performance LEDs are powered by the integrated battery for up to four hours. Cold-white and warm-white LEDs with an illuminance of up to 1,000 lux and exceptionally even light distribution ensure that the color and light intensity faithfully reproduce daylight. This improves human well-being and supports productive work. The rubberized protective sleeve is adjustable in height to ensure stability and safety in any position.
