Meltdown - Floor lamp with diffused light, lampshade made of colored glass blown on a mold.
Construction of table and floor lamps: iron pipe and plate, matte black varnish, cable and lampholder in black
Lampshade: colorful transparent glass Ø 26.4 x 29.5 cm with diffuser block in matt black painted aluminum
Diffuser finish - six different colors available: VT1amber, VT2 snuff, VT6 pinK, VT5 amethyst, VT4 light blue, VT3 dove

The linear hanging version can be combined into groups of up to creating various compositions
The glass of this lamp is a unique work, it is the result of the ancient art of Italian glassmakers. Any air bubbles or color differences typical of handmade glass products should be considered an advantage. In this product, the luminous function became an excuse to create an object with a clearly bold personality; the famous Meltdown lamp by Johan Lindstèn is available in three versions: floor, table and pendant.
The base of the floor version has five or eight diffusers, and the table lamp has one. Four different formats are available in the hanging version (single, cluster with 4 diffusers, cluster with 8 diffusers and linear with 3 diffusers),
The lampshades of all these lamps have a characteristic spherical form made of colored pâté de verre glass that has been blown to form. The palette includes the following shades: amber, tobacco, pink, amethyst, light blue and dove gray: the buyer can order the balls in one color or in a set mix of shades.
The glass lamp used for this is a unique expression of the ancient art of master craftsmanship glassmaking; any small air bubbles or differences in color intensity are due to the craftsmanship and are a valuable addition.
