The cylindrical base supports one or two arms, the light creates a continuous and fixed mark in both, starting from the base and illuminating the entire length of the structure. This creates a diffused and surrounding light, ideal from a perceptual point of view, fostering a relationship with the surrounding space and creating a welcoming atmosphere. In particular, the two-arm version is an ideal solution for living spaces, but also for new work spaces. These are more dynamic environments that rarely conform to standard layouts and traditional workstations, but instead serve informal meeting areas and temporary workstations.
The position of the two arms, positioned at 90° to each other, provides, on the one hand, excellent operational light , and at the same time illuminates the surroundings, promoting a relationship with space and balancing the surrounding darkness. The BIG idea has once again been translated into a product that looks essential, but is instead rich in technological innovation, thanks to Artemida's know-how. The Veil suspension, presented in 2022, is the starting point for a whole family of solutions that share the same basic aesthetics of light arms. The smooth, precise curve of the arms reveals exceptional expertise in design and manufacturing: just 25mm in diameter connects the structure to the light-controlling optics and gently disperses it into the surroundings.
In task lighting, the cylindrical, compact geometry of the base takes up minimal space on the work surface, leaving it tidy.
The veil table is the perfect solution for workspaces, hospitality and private interiors thanks to its minimalist, sculptural lines that blend seamlessly with any setting. The same principle is repeated in the floor versions.
