FÄRG & BLANCHE's Lightbone design was first shown as part of the "Armor Mon Amour exhibition" during Milan Design Week 2017.
At that time, the lamps were made of textile material and up to 3 meters high, and were inspired by travel to Japan and their bamboo forest.
"We are really happy that we managed to develop this version of LightBone together with Oblure-Sweden, this time in solid oak wood and entirely manufactured in Sweden."
The name Bone refers to refers to a specific connection made by the spherical glass itself, connecting the wooden parts together.
The lamp can be easily used as a single piece, for example next to a sofa, but also as a group or of 2 or 3, creating a small forest or many more to divide the space in hospitality projects.
LighBone is available in natural oak, oiled black oak, smoked oak and cobalt blue, and is also available in a custom color upon request.
