Created by Spanish designer Miguel Herranz, Orbit is a simple lamp whose shape is made by hand by twisting a piece of wooden veneer. Two designs are possible, depending on the direction of twist - that is, how the wood veneer is twisted.
The light from the orbit is scattered both up and down through the two holes, and the inner glow radiates outward, highlighting the beauty of the grain wooden veneer.
