Francesco Rota's new project draws inspiration from contemporary sculpture, playing with the curvature of surfaces in an interesting combination of light and mirrors. “Lens” is actually a direct light wall lamp with a concave screen that creates a barrier between the light source and the surrounding space. Available in a chrome or copper finish, "Lens" is characterized by an essential line that is enriched by the brilliance reflected from its shiny surface and recalls both in structure and name the classic studies of optics. The decorative inspiration that hides an innovative technological heart - a new LED source that guarantees energy savings of over 80% compared to the traditional version - can also be found in Kin, a project that premiered at the last Salone del Mobile. In this case, however, technology meets rigorous industrial aesthetics to create a hanging lamp, made of cast aluminum, in the classic "Cina" form, now also available in a version with two or three light fixtures in a new color range.
Wall lamp giving direct light up and down. Embossed and curved metal construction, wall base and screen with chrome or shiny copper finish. Dimmable in both versions using an appropriate dimmer.
