Stefan Diez, together with Vibia, developed a new approach to the use of LED technology, integrating light into the material, transmitting it in such a way that it becomes invisible, and then allowing it to appear out of nowhere. The end result is a unique collection of beautiful transparent objects that emanate light, integrating material, light and space in a way never seen before. The excellent finish of the form, material and technology guarantees a surprising light effect and impeccable workmanship. The collection includes wall lamps, floor lamps and pendants that combine atmospheric lighting that can be placed horizontally or vertically, as well as round, indirect wall light. The transparent crystal uses high-quality borosilicate glass. The combination of physical and virtual material is achieved thanks to advanced technology, which, however, remains invisible: the latest generation of LEDs, precisely cut glass and striations made by a robot on the glass surface. In the case of Guise, this approach to technology culminates in the inclusion of a sensor in the lighting fixture that allows the intensity to dim depending on the distance from the object, without the need for direct contact.
