Reduced to a socket and a light bulb, mounted directly on the wall, Pailla, like many installations, folding mechanisms and decorations in the Eileen Gray E 1027 house, resembles the interiors of ocean liners. The simple form is uncomplicated and can be used alone or placed on walls and ceilings, and yet it looks elegant due to the material and reflections on the shiny surface.
