Solid waves. Movement, energy and light. LIQUID is the first luminaire designed by Walter de Silva for PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING, where technology and beauty combine in a unique design. A distillation of pure technological essence exploring reflections on the nature of light with aesthetic values of the highest quality. Light is energy, a wave, transience. Metal is static and durable over time. The waves of drops crystallize into a light, substantial volume that expresses both fluidity and dynamics.
Permanent waves: Solidity in terms of durability and statics as a metal balanced by the dynamism resulting from the transience of waves are the two concepts of this new series. Light is energy, it is a wave, it is fleeting. Metal is static, durable and is eternal.
It looks like metal, a solid material that liquefies to transmit what is inside: movement, energy and light. The designer's formal choice enhances the beauty of material reflections; The result is a realistic approach with deep, thin, multiple waves with no visible lines.
Suspended circular LED luminaire for interiors, consisting of:
- Luminaire head and bowl in die-cast aluminum, powder coated or exclusively water-based varnish .
- Aluminum (model M1) or steel (model M2+M3) suspension tube, powder coated or exclusive water-based varnish.
- Flowing forms create a dynamically vivid sculptural effect that remains suspended in time.

- Optical diffuser with integrated high transmittance guide in glossy semi-mirror glass (PLATIN), black glass (BLACK) or glossy opal white glass (WHITE)
