JT Kalmar designed the ZUG sculptural pendant lamp specifically to provide directional lighting above desks. Vertical and horizontal adjustment is achieved by a ceiling-mounted system: a central rectangular ceiling panel equipped with three rollers and a spherical counterweight, attached to two additional rollers by a steel cable.
