Antoni Arola treats the Palma hanging lamp as a landscape design that will change over time when the designer completes the first part of the work. Palma's ability to create an interior atmosphere increases as it grows, like a luminous hanging garden.
The classic sphere, here slightly flattened, evolves towards a more organic form, and the suspended version with an almost imperceptible cable support emphasizes the feeling of floating.

The PALMA collection consists of subtle lighting fixtures that create a warm lighting effect that fills interiors with an enveloping glow that is both comforting and calming.
Balls of light are configured in a bold way, floating in the air and rising along the surrounding walls.
Nature takes control of the space. The interior atmosphere takes on a life of its own thanks to the possibility of including plants in lighting compositions.
The PALMA lamp collection includes two sizes of hand-blown glass ball connected by a belt and aluminum structures.
The intensity of the LED light source can be adjusted. The collection can be installed as a stand-alone fixture or by combining several balls to create a variety of hanging, wall or floor compositions.
Available in graphite or white finish. With this new concept, Vibia opens up the possibility of creating interior spaces that refer to the lighting tradition, but in a more sustainable way that takes on a life of its own.
