The Cubie on.entropy hanging lamp brings out the contemporary design potential of a classic material, transforming the rawness of raw marble into a luminous and warm rock.
Mission consists of a uniform block of marble and a satin, matte bronze frame. Where the marble is carved, light is introduced, revealing the materiality of the precious stone and its unique vein pattern. As such, it serves both as a light source and as an expression of contemporary decorative value.
The process of emptying and filling space is crucial to the identity of on.entropy.
