Eitie is a hanging lamp of a lighting system designed by Tobia Scarpa.

LED strip suspended horizontal 130 cm, 36W, 5940 lm, 2700K, CRI95/170 cm LED strip, 48W, 7920 lm, 2700K, CRI95;
LED strip suspended vertically 130 cm, 38W, 6270 lm, 2700K, CRI95/170 cm LED strip, 47W, 7755 lm, 2700K, CRI95. Architect Tobia Scarpa originally designed this versatile lighting system for a unique and scenographic wall installation in the Ca' Scarpa Archivi Ricerche in Treviso, formerly the Church of Santa Maria Nova, now part of the Fondazione Benetton Studi Ricerche.
The EITIE concept develops the original idea of a simple strip of light connected in various configurations using characteristic round connections. Now, this design has been developed by Cassina to recreate not only the distinctive wall lighting, but also the pendant, table and floor lamps, thus creating a complete collection of stunning lighting.
Each piece consists of two to three bars of light, which can be combined into various formations thanks to the round black metal joints, decorated with silver details that incorporate refined and innovative technology. Thanks to these connections, the beams of the table and floor lamps can be opened 30 degrees, both left and right, to achieve different effects, while maintaining the triangular shape. Each line of light can also be rotated 360 degrees to adjust its position and brightness. As a nod to the original design, a special finish was also developed with bright red joints and gold details.
EITIE, both a graphic and phonetic palindrome, is a tribute to Scarpa's current age and a reminder of the consolidated experience that the architect has devoted throughout his life the design industry.
