With the Ava hanging lamp, chiaroscuro and various tactile sensations combine in a luminous way. Also available as a free-standing lamp, it is a harmonious expression of the material. The walnut-stained solid ash structure is framed by a bleached reed bark straw shade with a light fabric acting as a diffuser to create a relaxing and luminous effect.
A collaboration between De Padova and Spanish designer David Lopez Quincoces, which began with the AVA collection presented during the 2022 edition of Salone del Mobile, will continue in 2023 with the addition of a lamp to the collection. AVA is characterized primarily by purity and essentiality. Exceptional attention to the delicate fit of wooden elements, as well as the use of Viennese straw and light fabric in the diffuser create a pleasant and relaxing lighting effect. The lamp can be used as a hanging lamp or as a free-standing element.
