Product description

Odo is a hanging lamp that refers to the archetypal shape of a circle, a symbol of harmony and movement. It consists of two concentric elements, made of aluminum and glass, placed next to each other and suspended by a string tied around them, which allows the light to be oriented by rotating the light source. Odo has been designed to emit light at two intensities for two different applications. One is direct and strong, achieved through a printed texture on satin-finished glass and obtained using a parametric algorithm developed during the design stage. Therefore, the circular pattern on the surface changes its size to scatter light more effectively. The pattern is denser in the part of the glass covering the light source and more distributed on the sides. Indirect, soft lighting is provided by a satin-finished glass circle that extends beyond the outer edge of the aluminum circle. The glass finish allows you to direct the light outwards, creating an effective halo of light around the lampshade.
