Inspired by Birgit Morgenstern Studios

Birgit Morgenstern studied at the University of Art and Design in Hanover and obtained a degree in design. after graduation, she worked in a publishing house in Hamburg. In 2004 she founded a design studio in Lüneburg with her own screen printing studio. The products include wallpapers, home textiles, pillows, tablecloths, napkins, wrapping paper, and recently wool scarves.

In her wallpapers, motifs are printed at irregular or regular intervals on thin non-woven paper using the manual silk-screen method . The wallpaper on the wall is almost completely flush with the background and the handprint is on the wall. This effect gives the room a special atmosphere. The colors are subtle, and the wallpaper is not in the foreground, but creates an atmosphere of life.

From its decorative assortment, it develops individual wall and window coverings with its customers, which in terms of color and arrangement of motifs are matched to the individual rooms. Its color concept is sensitive and restrained and always refers to the interior architecture. supports its clients in an advisory capacity in the selection and design of furniture.
