The history of Formitalia, which belongs to brothers David and Gianni Overi, is a story of successful objects, as well as of insights gained, which managed to become a real system of total life completely MADE IN ITALY, which reaches the furniture of prestigious villas in the most exclusive locations, as well as operating hotels and cultural centers around the world. In recent years, the commercial development of the Formitalia brand and its licensed brands has followed a distribution strategy through a network of boutiques with the Formitalia and Tonino Lamborghini brands located in luxury centers in more than 50 countries around the world. Today, Formitalia Luxury Group is therefore an important international group, which includes both furniture brands and prestigious collections based on the idea of ​​a total look for a home, office and the most glamorous and coolest personal accessories.

The FORMITALIA Group was founded by Graziano Overi in 1968, while the first FORMITALIA design collection created in 1991, the Boutique Collection, is still a success in Formitalia's production: it is characterized by prints and details that resemble the world of horses, with prints of Arabian horse silhouettes made of pure silk from Comò and metal and leather work done by Florentine craftsmen. This success was achieved thanks to the deep knowledge of the skins, the selection of the most valuable tannins, which are processed with crocodile and ostrich print to emphasize the mood that gave the key imprint of the Formitalia brand.
