Inspired by Scic

From 1948, SCIC entered the heart of Italian homes with its modern and avant-garde kitchens. In 1963, Renzo Fornari decided to transform the family business into a factory producing elegant and technologically advanced kitchens. This leads to SCIC, the acronym for Super Cucine Italiane Componili (meaning super-equipped Italian kitchen), a non-standard spelling of the French word "fancy" but universally applicable. Franco Maria Ricci, a novice graphic artist, interprets the appropriate idea by using in number 6 equilateral triangles up to the hexagon, which is also the flower's geometry. This sign is still the symbol of SCIC.

# MadeinItaly The headquarters are in Emilia Romagna. The production of SCIC is entirely located in a country with great traditions and Italian excellence, distributed on the Italian and world market, with the safety of its employees. We pay particular attention to the selection of materials and the tracking of the entire production cycle, up to the disposal of waste. In fact, it was Scic's in-depth knowledge of techniques and materials that allowed the company to maintain a high quality product, but as close as possible to what was produced in its small craft workshop over the past century.

#SCICGREEN Thanks The innovative coverage of 70,000 m² of solar panels, the production of SCIC is entirely solar-powered, which means annual savings of 3,000,000 kg of carbon dioxide. SCIC strictly produces low-formaldehyde furniture with full respect for occupational health and safety, with particular emphasis on environmental regulations. Quality, reliability and respect for the environment are core values for the Parmesan furniture brand.

# FendiCucine Since 2018, the cooperation between Fendi Roma and SCIC has been strengthened by the launch of FENDI Cucine, Fendi's luxury kitchen furniture, with a unique, special design that embodies the "art of living" through extraordinary attention to detail and emphasizes the nobility of the material. A marriage between fashion and design, where the artisanal know-how of the Parmesan manufactory is rediscovered in an innovative and modern way to create unique and exclusive products with important, defined Italian influences. This partnership sees SCIC as the official manufacturer and distributor of FENDI Cucine.
