Since 1960, MILAN Iluminacion has been committed to the outstanding design of its products, to upholding quality standards in each of the components used to manufacture our lamps, and to providing our customers with a diligent service. Thanks to this service, we are currently present in over 40 different countries, in the best showrooms in New York, London and Paris, as well as from Madrid, Barcelona, Berlin and Frankfurt to Hong Kong, Tokyo and Moscow.
We believe that the MILAN design department ILUMINACIîN is the heart of our company, because this is where the know-how accumulated over 45 years of operation is used to avoid potential problems with the quality and production of each model. At the same time, we are constantly striving to improve our brand's product portfolio to make it easier for our customers and distributors to adapt and update models in line with changing market trends.
For years, we have been setting the quality of our products apart from other lighting brands. Our manufacturing processes are rigorously tested to ensure compliance with quality standards. In terms of logistics, our goal is to provide our customers with the best service in a fast and organized manner.
Commitment to service. We have a structured warehouse with an EAN coding system (which is also used in our other production warehouses) where we store a large amount of each of the models in the catalog Ð production based on computer forecasts Ð in order to be able to react immediately, regardless of the needs of our customers. Using this system our average delivery time is 4.5 days in the Spanish market and 7 in the rest of Europe.
Commitment to quality. We have a system of 16 Internal Procedures and 8 Technical Instructions that allows us to detect any decline in the high quality standards we set for our products. The entire lamp assembly process takes place at our headquarters - contrary to the current outsourcing trend - so we can control every detail of all components involved.
