Inspired by Two Parts

Two Parts takes advantage of the design possibilities created by technology. In 2015, architect Christo Logan was creating lighting for a construction project as high CRI LEDs and high-quality 3D printing processes became available and affordable. The combination of these technological possibilities opened up the possibilities of what a lighting fixture can be.

Assembled in his Brooklyn apartment, the original series of ceramic pendants won the Good Design Award and the highest accolades from Blueprint magazine, Architectural Record, World Interiors News , Exhibitor Magazine, IFDA, IDA and ICFF. After achieving the production capacity of machine-printed ceramics, he rediscovered products in new materials and mass production processes. The designs have evolved into the current collection of die-cast polymer LED luminaires that retain the unique shapes of the originals and improve them in every way.
