We Do Wood is a Danish company that produces designer furniture based on the vision that exceptional design and strict principles of sustainability should go hand in hand. We Do Wood decided to design Moso bamboo furniture because it is one of the most sustainable natural resources in the world. And it is the only woody plant that can keep up with the pace of human consumption and deforestation. We Do Wood only works with certified plantations. This ensures that bamboo is grown without chemicals, pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. Processing also takes place without the use of harmful chemicals, and all adhesives used in processing and production have the lowest formaldehyde emissions in the industry, exceeding Europe's stringent E1 indoor air quality standards.
