Villa Lumi is a Portuguese interior lighting brand with over 77 years of experience, a reference to creativity, professionalism and competence in the industry. The opening of operations in the USA and Europe, and recently also in Asia, also contributed to this, which is an excellent opportunity for the company's development.

Villa Lumi: The Beginning With an early start in the glass industry at the Stephens Brothers Factory, Floriano Ferreira da Silva dreamed of his own business.
He asked for a year off from work and in 1941, during World War II, he started in a small workshop by carving out all sorts of pieces that were used to decorate chandeliers, lamps and candelabra.
He was determined, however, to change his a dream into a successful project and in 1985 he decided to found the company F. Ferreira da Silva, LDA, the name of which is still present today. The company, in which the third generation lives, is still run by the family.
