INSPIRED BY AZZURRA CERAMICA
Azzurra was founded in Civita Castellana in 1985 and opened a showroom in Milan in 2018. The company explores the possibilities of ceramic material through intensive design research and the use of advanced technologies to sketch a new way of understanding the bathroom: living space in a fluid way, as a continuation of life.
The philosophy of the Bespoke Bathrooms brand is reflected in the production of sewn on as far as sanitary fittings, entirely made in Italy, enhance the living experience by expressing the many possibilities of cut, size and color.
The brand's collections have been designed over the years by internationally renowned architects. Among them, Hera, designed by Daniel Libeskind and inspired by neoclassical marble sculptures, is a tribute to movement, simplicity and lightness.
From 2019, Azzurra started cooperation with DGO_Diego Grandi Office, redefining the company's image. This is reflected in the new catalog artwork and on the website, as well as in the temporary showcases of the showroom in Milan, which are a visual and conceptual expression of the Bespoke Bathroom philosophy.
Azzurra has received numerous international awards and certificates over the years. Honorable Mention at Compasso d'Oro (2011), three nominations for the German Design Prize (2011), inclusion in the ADI Design Index, gathering the best Italian design (2010), If Product Design Award (2009), Design Plus (2009 and 2011), Red Dot Award Communication Design (2009), Due Good Design Award (2009).
